  Our one stop-get it all done shop. We use them for shipping gifts to family members, returning Amazon orders and today, using their notary service on a Saturday! Always a pleasure getting fast service and doing the job right. Highly recommend!

  Beware of aggressive upcharging tactics at this location! I came in to return a defective tent to Amazon. Because I didn’t have the original box, Amazon agreed to reimburse me for buying one here. The clerk measured the tent at 50 inches, pulled out a 48-inch box ($15), and then claimed it wouldn't fit. He tried to force me into a "custom packaging service" by adding a second box onto the end, claiming that the total for the 48" box plus the additional box and service for putting it together was $40. I declined, purchased just the 12x12x48" box, and was easily able to fit the tent inside and seal it securely right there in the store. The box was perfectly stable and taped shut with only a very minor, standard bulge on the top flap. Because I bypassed his expensive upsell, the clerk spitefully refused to accept the package, claiming UPS wouldn't take it. This was completely untrue—the package was structurally sound, securely taped, and perfectly fit for transit. It felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze extra fees out of a traveler. If you need an honest shipping location that won't hold your returns hostage to make a quick buck, go somewhere else. UPDATE: I took the box to another UPS Store in the same city. Guess what.... way friendlier and they took the box immediately and without any hesitation! COMMENTS TO OWNER'S RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: Thank you very much for such a prompt and professional response. I really do appreciate it as having to make another stop on my way out of town was not ideal. I'm glad you are taking this as it was intended... an opportunity to improve customer service.

  Jordyn was outstanding. I needed a Canadian passport photo and had already run into several dead ends. FedEx was unable to help, USPS required an appointment, and a local commercial photographer I found was no longer in business. I finally called the UPS Store off Hilltop, and Jordyn immediately made the process easy.

  Jordyn was phenomenal today. I came in with an Amazon return by UPS. Originally, Amazon had sent me two items in one box. She gave me a quick solution to send the second item for an affordable price and she graciously repackaged everything. I was in and out of there less than 5 minutes. Another great experience at the UPS store on Hilltop. :)
