  Jackson was both personable and professional as he worked with me to find & fill my livescan form; patient with my 10 year old’s frequent interruptions; encouraging & informative in response to my questions about printing a banner & even mentioned the current promotional pricing for such tasks!

  Jordyn the Manager and all the employees at The Hilltop Drive store are fantastic, competent, kind, patient, thorough, and one feels taken care of when dealing with everyone. Jordyn, the Manager takes Extra Care - will find out exactly what the customer needs, and make sure that everything is done thoroughly and efficiently. The whole staff is very polite. With Jordyn the Manager and all the staff one feels confident that everything will be done professionally and efficient ly.   This is my go to pckg sender place. Such great service, have not had a problem to date. I've been in this area 35 years, when y'all were on Placer, I think that's the name of the street. Very professional, friendly, and clean most important. Parking has a little to be desired but I'll go out of my way for good service. I did come in the exit with somebody behind me. Oops, my bad. Signed a loyal customer from the back woods

  Jordyn has helped me get notarization on my deeds several times now for my land business and she always goes above and beyond - I would say at the ups store she is #1 and everyone’s good but she’s the best =) Thanks again Jordyn - stay amazing 🤩

  Jordyn is amazing to work with. She caught a discrepancy in the shipping address and flagged it, keeping my package from being delivered over a hundred miles away from the intended destination. She was patient and professional as I scrambled to come up with a solution, and in the end, the package was shipped on time and all was well. Throughout the entire process, Jordyn was kind and patient, and it felt like she was on my team and we were resolving the problem together. If you need to ship something UPS, do yourself a favor and go here. You'll be glad you did.
