  Called Corporate, filed a report , spoke with other branches , like nashville, vegas , and more about this branch , told them what happened , they were shocked, and they are normal , nice people . This office has toxic , angry , non helpful , don't want to do any work , super rude . Stay clear of this place .,

  So 2 days ago I went in to the Redding office and as soon as I walked in the door I was taken back by the aggressive behavior from the customer care clerk at the desk. After I first introduced myself she rudely cut me off and snapped you cant apply here its all done online. I told her I already did that and she cut me off again.. What do you need she said!!! Im very busy .. I asked if she could fax my driver licence medical clearance to DMV so I can start work. Im not joking she said what are you talking about I'm very busy who told you we do that.. I asked her if I could finish what I was saying and she started yelling I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS YOU ARE RUDE GET OUT OF MY STORE. I thought she was going to attack me. I asked why she was so upset and why she was being hostile..I asked to speak with someone in charge and I asked for her name .. she said none of your business you are leaving. Just before she came around the counter I found her business card with her name big and bold Aurora. She violently ripped it out of my hands and scratch me with her nails and then ripped all the business cards off the counter. Told me to get the hell out and I had to go find a job somewhere else and I thought she was going to grap me or hit me. I was so upset I was crying and she sla,mmed the door and put closed sign u at 3pm.. I have made a police report and she is possible in need of hormone therapy or she needs to be given a drug test.

  José and Aurora Always make sure you have what you need and they are very easy to talk to as long as they understand you I’ve been working with them for the company for the last five months and they’re always there answering the phone and any questions and concerns. I have the ones that talk bad about the company are most likely the ones doing bad in the company but for my experience, they’ve always been there for me for what I need and I’ve always been understanding..   Terrible customer service and not helpful at all. Whoever the woman is that answers the phone is very rude would not recommend contacting or working through the redding people ready office go else where
