Last night I received excellent customer service from Noah when I was struggling with a large return. He came out to my car and retrieved the heavy package with a smile. Noah left me with a lasting impression because he was so genuine and kind. I didn't expect any help but he offered immidiately and made the transaction extremely easy and enjoyable.

Today, a different employee told me “we don’t take payment over the phone”. Well, y’all did last week. Looks like I will be utilizing UPS for this continual need.
