- AGAmber Griffith2 days ago5.0I use this location frequetly and typically use the self service. Each time I come in I am warmly greeted although I don't typically need assistance. Last night I received excellent customer service from Noah when I was struggling with a large return. He came out to my car and retrieved the heavy package with a smile. Noah left me with a lasting impression because he was so genuine and kind. I didn't expect any help but he offered immidiately and made the transaction extremely easy and enjoyable.
- SSSBAug 22, 20261.0Inconsistent following of policies. About a week ago, an employee happily called the person I was shipping a lost item to, and took payment information over the phone. Today, a different employee told me “we don’t take payment over the phone”. Well, y’all did last week. Looks like I will be utilizing UPS for this continual need.
- DDDan DeSmithAug 12, 20262.0They lost a $4000 computer sent to DEL for repiars. FedEx claims they couldn't find the address, they also claim to have delivered it, and sent it back to DEL. As of today, there is no computer, no refund, and neither will accept responsibilty for my loss. Your taking your chances with FedEx
