- CNChris NawarJun 9, 20261.0Extremely poor experience at this post office during a passport/document appointment for our newborn daughter. The clerk who assisted us was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. We came in with a newborn and a toddler, trying to complete important government paperwork. Our toddler rang the service bell, and instead of responding calmly, the employee became angry and yelled at us. It was unnecessary, embarrassing, and inappropriate. Later, I asked if I could take my child to the bathroom, and the clerk refused because she said she needed my signature. The entire interaction felt cold, aggressive, and disrespectful toward a family with small children. I also tried calling this location afterward, but no one answers the phone, so I could not even get the employee’s name or speak to a supervisor. That makes the situation even more frustrating. This location needs serious customer-service training. Families should not be yelled at or treated like an inconvenience while trying to complete official paperwork. I would not recommend this post office for passport or document services.
