- CWConnie WetzDec 19, 20251.0the most poorly run post office (yeah right) in the nation with absolutely the laziest and rudest help including post master! 2026 my goal is to report this post office on a daily bases until action takes place!
- GSgullum snothereJan 15, 20253.0This post office seems to be mainly for the use of PO boxes. There are always customers but few opportunities to actually catch a worker since the service hours close at 1:30. They really could use updating with a larger self serve drop box for pre labeled parcels and a self service kiosk to weigh and buy postage. The doors are unlocked until 6 pm and the outgoing slot is wider than Solana or Del mar, several inches wide enough to accept thick prepaid type envelopes. Today I made it there before the service window closed ,there was a sign all out of stamps, the male worker handling the growing single line was courteous and friendly.

They are only open 4 hours a day in the middle of the day which means if you have an urgent package, good luck with that. It operates like a 3rd world country.
- JLJenna LiuOct 20, 20201.0If you enjoy being patronized by a extremely nasty and lazy woman (hint: her name is Desiree), I would recommend coming in during business hours. The worst experience I have ever had at a post office. Not sure why this woman is so unpleasant, but were she in the private sector she would have been fired years ago. Your tax dollars hard at work folks!! If I need to mail anything that requires a postal worker's assistance, I drive an extra 10 minutes to the post office by Pavillion's. Much better for my blood pressure.
