- BRBernadette ReedJun 23, 20265.0I had a great experience today with getting my passport photo. Staff were kind and helpful. This is a beautiful post office located in The River, Rancho Mirage, CA. The Post Office was extremely clean and nice looking. There are ample parking spots here and many handicapped spaces. My appointment was right on time and the whole experience was excellent. I even received a very good picture for my passport so I’m pleased all around.

The front desk has also been dismissive when I’ve tried to get answers. I understand mistakes can happen, but this has occurred often enough to be frustrating and unacceptable. Residents deserve better accountability and more reliable service.
