- BRBernadette ReedJun 23, 20265.0I had a great experience today with getting my passport photo. Staff were kind and helpful. This is a beautiful post office located in The River, Rancho Mirage, CA. The Post Office was extremely clean and nice looking. There are ample parking spots here and many handicapped spaces. My appointment was right on time and the whole experience was excellent. I even received a very good picture for my passport so I’m pleased all around.
- KUKim UngMay 18, 20261.0This has been one of my most frustrating experiences at the post office. The front desk is dismissive, and packages are repeatedly marked as delivered but never actually arrive at my door. I’m back again, trying to get answers about yet another missing package, along with several others that were never delivered. The lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable. Can someone please explain how packages keep being marked as “delivered” when residents never receive them? I can understand if this happens once in a while, but for it to happen repeatedly is ridiculous. In the past, I just let it go, but now I feel this has gone on long enough, and I’m starting to question what is really happening behind the scenes. I was promised help by Supervisor Ignacio to locate those previously “delivered” packages I never received, but he completely dropped the ball. Fortunately, Manager Mia has stepped in to get to the bottom of these missing items and to correct how future deliveries are handled. I’m hopeful her involvement will finally bring this situation under control. Residents should be aware of how unreliable and frustrating this location has been. I hope others speak up as well, so higher‑ups are pushed to raise the standards and make this post office operate at a level that actually respects its customers.
- RFRobert FoxAug 25, 20213.0I went there after work to drop off some mail. The doors were locked as it was late. Okay, no problem, I wouldn’t want someone sleeping in there overnight either. What I could not fathom on any level was the lack of any mail box outside for walk up or… wait for it drive by so you don’t even have to get out of the car. Dumb!!
