Today I was charged a late fee even though I never received a bill. They just added some scotch tape and I guess that meant my bill was due. When I asked/complained the clerk acknowledged the whole thing was dumb but he could careless. Apparently his supervisor only works Monday-Friday and she doesn’t own a phone. I can only talk to her in person. What century are we in?
