  I work for a Freightliner parts company, we are in between UPS Driver pickups until one is settled in so I find myself taking these boxes (truck loads) to the Milliken Avenue location. Anthony & Ashley are always attentive most of all their customer service is kind and professional. Thank you for assuring our time sensitive packages 📦 get processed & delivered. Also sorry I tend to load the back wall up with packages, once we get an assigned driver I’ll stop dropping off the mountain of packages we send daily. Lol. Thank you guys, we appreciate your hard work. See yall later today 😂

  This UPS store has awesome employees especially Jenny. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Anthony is great as well. They shipped an American Flag in a case from California to Washington state and it was as if it had been handed from one person to the next and not traveled 1300 plus miles. Thank you for caring employees.

  This location is the epitome of excellence! Just moved to Rancho and this is my 3rd visiting and the staff is always welcoming and patient. Amazing experience each time but today, I came to notarize a document and Anthony assisted me and had the utmost patience and understanding when it came to this important process. He went above and beyond and truly made the experience seamless and easy to navigate. Highly recommend visiting this location

  I usually come in to this location to do Amazon returns but unfortunately when I needed to print something, I made a mistake and went to Staples. They had horrible customer service and didn’t have my order when I went to go pick it up… so I came into UPS desperate to get a print project done same day but it was for baseball cards so it was a little particular on the sizing and a few other things. Jenny was helping me out and said Anthony would be able to get the job done so Anthony came over & took on the project with no hesitation!! He had a smile on his face the whole time and said he could have it done by the time I needed it. I came back a few hours later & he had the project all ready to go exactly how I needed it with still a huge friendly smile on his face. My son’s baseball team loved how the project came out. It was all thanks to Anthony and Jenny!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏🏽 next time I need anything printed, UPS is where I am going first!

  The UPS store was incredible I went there to ship two packages and the customer service was so exceptional specifically Eduardo so professional and so knowledgeable and friendly what a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this store and I will definitely use their service again. Thank you :)
