  They charge $21.50 for a book of 20 stamps… that’s 30% over the cost at a post office. What a SCAM!

  I called this location two times today 07/28/26 and the lady the first time place me on hold and didn’t get back to me I called a second time and didn’t wanted to help me stating she had other customers just to call later

  Warning to anyone needing time-sensitive services here: their online booking system is completely unreliable. I scheduled a notary appointment through their official site a month ago in advance for 11:00 AM today. When I arrived on time, I was turned away because they had no certified notary on-site. The employee at the counter flatly told me that the online system doesn’t sync with actual staff schedules and that my month old reservation probably just "got lost" in their emails. What makes it a 1-star experience isn't just the system glitch—it was the complete lack of customer service. The staff member was entirely unapologetic, took zero accountability, and didn't even offer to check a nearby location or help me find an alternative solution. If you have important legal or time-sensitive documents, do not rely on their online calendar. Go elsewhere.
