  The staff are pleasant here, but UPS's policies are a joke. The 50% upcharge over USPS pricing to send a tiny bubble mailer is just plain corporate greed. In addition, they require a phone number to send anything, and that number is placed on the shipping label, and likely spammed by advertisers UPS sells to. Next time, I'll just wait another day to send anything by using USPS directly.

  I used this location to ship one document from Rancho Cucamonga to Glendora, Ca which is like 17 min drive only, I was told the document will be delivered by the end of the day next day but took them 3 days to deliver the document! It would have been faster to use USPS or to drive. Horrible service.

  I always rely on the UPS store for mailing gifts and other items, and this particular location consistently exceeds my expectations. The store is impeccably clean and organized, making it easy to navigate. The staff members are not only helpful but also exceptionally friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or needs. This store has become my go-to destination for mailing tasks, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Overall, it provides a wonderful experience every time I visit.
