- JGJoe Gue1 day ago1.0Spoke to Ashley about a female carrier who works out of the usps in Rancho Cordova who keeps losing our packages! The most disappointing thing about this is this person keeps marking packages as delivered on the expected delivery date but leaves no package in mailbox or locker with no key. The latest lost package by this facility admitted to delivering a valuable package to another home and ashley assumed they kept it so I don’t recommend using this service otherwise request a signature but I don’t trust they would even follow that correctly just sketchy service by them. It’s wrong of them to lose peoples personal purchases and do their jobs wrong or half ass. We want a full refund this isn’t okay at all and employees who are making these mistakes or stilling should be let go. People pay lots of money for sh$
- AGAndrew Guerrero3 days ago1.0So today, I discovered that again for the second time USPS Rancho Cordova delivery Carrier keeps pre-scanning our packages and not delivering them, but completing them as delivered to our HOA lockers and again we find nothing. It’s an uncomfortable feeling that makes us nervous and upset When they Rushed their jobs and don’t even actually deliver packages. It makes us have to go try to track it down calling the facility trying to track the delivery driver in which I did and are making an investigation. The delivery driver won’t admit, but I asked if Pre-scanned and left it either in the car or someone else’s address it’s not professional. Some items are expensive to not take their job serious. It’s just wasting other people’s time who expect packages on delivery dates. I don’t know which workers they are, but this facility has some terrible employees who are half ass workers And who don’t care to lose packages. I’d have to recommend you guys use a different company, DHL Amazon, UPS and any other but these guys
