    On Thursday UPS tried to make a delivery at my apartment....they must have knocked like a mouse as I am partially deaf and did not hear them. They left a not that they would be back on the next week day...Friday. I stayed home ALL day and they did not appear. My friend in New York who mailed the box has had a very difficult time on her end and here I am.......STILL WITHOUT MY PACKAGE. I would say that is bad business!
