- CCCCJul 16, 20261.0The most ridiculous and disgusting acting Post Office I have ever encountered! I feel sorry for the people who live in Poway and have no choice but to deal with them.
- JWJessica WilliamsJul 14, 20265.0On my first time visit on June 23, 2026 @ 3:30pm. Staff was readily available. The express pop up counter was out of service, but staff was very helpful. After multiple stops to find a shorter line in the area before flying out of state. I need to ship some stuff home so I didn't have to pay for a checked bag at the airport. I did noticed how the priority boxes have SHRANK in size over the pass few years. I'm a regular at shipping care packages, so keep this in mind. The airport also is changing, hence why i rather mail for $35 than pay $55+ for a checked bag that is not guaranteed to get to my final destination when I get there. My package did make it home the next day when i got home cross country. Thank you men and women for getting the job done. We still need you and your service and attention to detail to get the job done. It's unfortunate that staff have to work on Sundays. Let's fix this issue IMMEDIATELY! Parking was great.
