- EKElisha KMay 28, 20261.0Unfortunately, my experience at the Poway postal service with Liza was very disappointing. She was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel rushed and not treated respectfully during my visit. The other staff members, however, were friendly and very kind, which made the difference even more noticeable. I understand customer service can be stressful, but if someone dislikes working with customers and providing support, this may not be the right position for her.

My Post driver is the man as well always super nice, goes out of his way, and even leaves us Christmas Cards every year! Super pleased with the work they do and how they don’t just do the bare minimum and go out of their way to help out!!

- BSbree stephanyMar 27, 20261.0I would recommend any post office but this one. I wish we had another in Poway. My second time going and leaving without being helped. They opened late and the attendant was rude. I’ve donated boxes and packing tape in the past. All I requested was help with tape. I didn’t tape prior because the package needed to lay flat while the address sticker was applied. I will not be returning. Both USPS sites are great and go out of their way to be helpful!
