- MLMimi Luna2 days ago5.0I went in to drop off some mail, and the employees were really nice and friendly. The office is divided into different areas where you can drop off big boxes, small packages, and traditional letters. You can also pick up U.S. passport applications, buy stamps and greeting cards for any occasion, or even rent a P.O. Box. There is both street parking and a dedicated parking lot available.
- BFBrayden FarenbaughApr 12, 20261.0There’s male ladies who are overly rude and have flipped us off and have had verbal altercations that they have started multiple times because a mailbox at my great grandparents who has been there for 60 years and hasn’t moved or had a problem with it anytime and there’s multiple neighbors that have way less space than we do and she pulls in just fine in fact, our neighbor not even 10 feet in front of us has way less space than we do in cars parked in front of their place all the time and we’ve asked their nurses to move, but yet it’s still a problem They’re just overly rude and won’t do nothing to fix it even though they said they would it have given us the number to customer affairs and not even that will work.
- BCBillie CannonApr 1, 20261.0I just went into.the post office to return a package First off the dont except the packages like UPS which is very disappointing 😞 so the man said I could put the item back into the original package it came in but I didnt have any tape he said neither did he ,he asked the other customer service lady she shook her head no like she didnt care if I got tape or not He said your gonna have to buy tape ,I didnt have any money😔 😞 like really for a piece of tape Iwas so upset 😡 😢 I had to come all the way home to get tape to.close up.my package 😠 do you realize how much gas is right now !!!!! Now I have to drive all the way back to the.post office ,customer service really sucks ... go learn something from the employees at UPS they can teach you a few things ,they are so kind and considerate....a piece of tape no worries we got you tooken care of ... NOT THE POST OFFICE YPU HAVE TO BUY IT....... WHERE IS YOUR HOSPITALITY....
