- KKkoko kikiAug 23, 20261.0my girlfriend had bought me something to be shipped to me by a seller. i had the tracking number and it had passed by my address to go to the post office instead. it said it delivered at a parcel locker at the post office, so i went to go ask for it to see if i can pick it up. i live in a house too i don’t understand why they needed to put it in a parcel locker? i had asked and a supervisor came and had told me it wasn’t ready to sent to my place yet because they need to add more labels or something. he said it would be by my house tomorrow, i said okay and went about my day. the next day comes and its NOT there. AGAIN i go to the post office to ask about it and it turned into this goose chase of oh not a correct amount of labeling, oh come on 2 days we’ll hold it for you to pick up, we’ll call you when it’s her. nothing. i got nothing. this was actually such an annoying experience.

The people do their best to help you. I wish that customers would realize that it's not the workers fault that they don't have enough people to work thank you for Pomona Post Office. 💜
- AMAreli MoraJul 15, 20265.0MaryEllen is an exceptional USPS mail carrier in my area of North Pomona. She is highly competent and performs her job with utmost efficiency and accuracy. I have noticed a significant difference in the quality of mail delivery when she is not on duty. Other mail carriers have often misplaced mail or failed to deliver packages, causing inconvenience and complaints from my tenants. In fact, last year when MaryEllen was on leave, one of my tenants was waiting for a package that was marked as delivered by another mail carrier. However, upon checking the security cameras, we did not see any packages being delivered by the mail carrier. This only further proves MaryEllen reliability and professionalism in her work. We love you and are very thankful They’re still legitimate people in this world!! Thank you MaryEllen!
