I calmly explained why I was dropping off our company’s prepaid packages at this location after our local post office repeatedly lost them. Instead of listening or trying to help, she was rude, dismissive, falsely accused me of causing a disturbance, and even threatened to call the police when I was simply asking questions. I expected professionalism and respect, but unfortunately that wasn’t the experience I had.

Not sure how they're able to handle some of the rude customers though. It seems like this area has plenty of rude n obnoxious people. I'd avoid the area if possible, but the PO is great
