  I found this DHL Express Service Point on Google, and I’m so glad I did! It was my first time visiting, and I had an excellent experience. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the shipping process quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and provided outstanding customer service. The location was clean, organized, and very efficient. I truly appreciated the excellent service and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this DHL location!

  I called to inquire about shipment information, and Jay was extremely patient and thorough in answering all my questions. When I visited the DHL location in Pomona for the first time to make a shipment, Jay took the time to go over all the items and required information in detail. While I was there, it suddenly became very busy, but he remained highly professional—greeting every customer politely and letting them know he would assist them as soon as possible. Even while I was filling out forms, he engaged with customers, made them feel acknowledged, and helped everyone efficiently and pleasantly. He truly provided superior customer service, which has become increasingly rare these days.
