Now it's like they're doing the customer a favor just by attending to their needs. We pay for the service. Believe me, when I can use something other than USPS, I do. And the people working in this particular post office, small as it is, and knowing most of their customers, are just this side of rude.

That had a major staff turn around this year and despite a rough start they have locked in a legit workflow that keeps us islanders connected to the "Real World" outside of our lil bubble out here in the Reyes. Big man at the front desk is a champ! Always has the right attitude despite dealing with grumpy customers wanting to know why there magazine sub didn't show up when they wanted. Honestly i think that its pure magic that my travel agent all the way over in Florida can send me a package at 8am mon morning, and that very same package shows up in my box the next afternoon...#WizardWork IMO
