  This location they have you in and out! Josh is quite the gentleman and helped me with a heavy box from my car. Such a nice young man! Love this UPS store❤️

  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. Unfortunately, I believe the ratings given by your customers accurately reflect the quality of service you provide. During my recent visit, the staff at the counter showed a distinct lack of willingness to assist customers. Although it was only a couple of minutes before closing time (4:58 PM), I was informed that they could not handle my notarization request because the cutoff time was 5:00 PM. Such rigid adherence to schedules, without regard for the circumstances, is unacceptable. It is evident that staff training needs to be reviewed. Youth should not be an excuse for a poor customer service attitude. I suggest hiring individuals with a greater sense of responsibility and maturity, as well as proper training in decision-making. For all these reasons, I believe your business deserves a one-star rating. I hope you take this complaint into account to improve the customer experience in the future.

  Friendly, helpful courteous. Love going to that UPS drop off On Hopyard. Alex today couldn’t have helped me more. Give him a big shout out. Great employee.

  I had several big boxes that needed to be weighed and Lucas at the Pleasanton, Hopyard store was very helpful. Not only was he courteous and professional, he helped with lifting the boxes onto this scale and gave me the information I needed for postage.
