  Had an odd experience here today. Brought in 2 Amazon return packages. Usually use the kiosk but was a line. Asked one of 4 employees standing around for help. Lady went to scan QR code and note said had to have original box. It did and the box was closed and secured with tabs. She refused. I say ok. Scans the next - same message on QR code but I had taped this shut. She slaps label on. So I asked: "was it about tape?" "Can you tape it for me?" Now she gets upset. No eye contact, mumbling "didn't tape it." Mumbles, "I will do." But she's actually mad! Side note: Put the label over open edge and it's fine like everyone else does. Whole Foods puts them in a bag and then tapes them. Simple. Next the man that the negative reviews are about is sitting there. "Are you the manager?" I ask. "Yes," he says and then goes into a tirade about tape. "If I do for you, I have to do for everybody!" Teeth showing, both of them furious. I tell him I offer $100 for the piece of tape! But now its his ego: "No tape for you!" Let's start a fund for these people: I'll donate $10 a month for the tape (that Whole Foods puts on with a smile all day, every day). In the real world, we call tape a courtesy, or the cost of doing business, helping others, etc. Went to the UPS store in Dublin. Guy happily grabbed package, slapped label and on, said "Have a nice day."

  Bad customer service. I was only asking where my package was because customer service told me over the phone that my package had been sent to this store. They even provided me with the store’s contact number. When I called the store to ask if they had received it, the staff was very rude and aggressive, saying they did not have it. I was simply trying to understand why customer service told me it was received by the store staff, and why the tracking shows it was delivered to this location instead of my delivery address. I was not being rude. I just wanted help locating my package and getting a clear explanation.

  If I could give zero I would. Karia customer service horrible, me being some who collaborates with courts and both of us being apart of lgbtq community you would think you would get a little respect and better service. Guess not, Yeah find a different job buddy.
