He and his teammate gave me great tech support and the file downloaded from my IPad vs iphone and exported into a PDF to email and print. Saved me a huge headache and I appreciated his time! Great great team here! Thank you again!

They won't fix their mistake and refund is impossible because how FedEx does business. There were a few other customers with complaints as well. Extremely disappointed.

If you take lunch break during this time and it should be reflected on business hours. Just tell everyone the store is closed during the time and don’t let people come in and expect to see someone to assist.
