I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was desperate to get a special’ print job and on a quick turnaround. They exceeded my expectations.

They can get the job done, but don't expect it to be done quickly or with a smile. I was next in line to drop off a shipment and noticed half a dozen staff standing around two computers. A line of customers built up, but none of us were acknowledged (a simple "sorry for the wait! be right with you"), so it's obvious they're not there to provide excellent customer service.

I went there to get prints done. I asked someone to help me out while I was working it. There were like 5 people there doing NOTHING and one reluctantly came to help me and instead of seeing it through since I needed help, every min he was like, "Are you good now?"
Their printing system is also full of useless bureaucracy and just meant to rip you off. You have to pay in advance, not based on how much you print. What sense does that make? This way one has to guess what it would cost for one to print something. You get a code once you send an email to print something. That code may take like 10 min to come to your email. Why is that needed? There are actual humans in the store, can't they help you out to figure this out more quickly?
In my case, the supposed "employee" did a wrong scan. I asked the employee in the first place because I didn't want to get it wrong and then be charged for it (since again, it was prepaid). But low and behold, even the employee did a wrong scan. Why am I paying extra when it was the employee's mistake. It's already done on the system so you can't even undo it.
Did I also mention that if Fedex gives you a passport photo (only in their USB drive) and you say that you will bring it again to get it printed, apparently that's not an option? They will not take their own USB to download the previous photo and print it again. They will charge you for everything again.
I can't believe a place like this is still operational considering these are the cheap tricks they're using to make the customers spend more money.
Where are the good old days of Fedex? Is this the new reality of this place now?

If this was the last FedEx on the planet, I’d go to UPS. Literally the least helpful place. The people are not knowledgeable and it seems like every time I come here to give them a chance I leave more frustrated than necessary for shipping/printing needs. Go to San Ramon or Livermore. It’s worth the drive.
