- SNShadi NessJun 27, 20261.0I just left the post office on Saturday, June 27, at 10:49 AM. The lady who works there was very rude to me because I had a lot of items to return. She sounded mean! If she doesn't like her job or doesn't understand customer service, she shouldn't work there. This was my first time returning items to Shein, and when I asked for help, she told me to pack my items myself, which is part of her job. She was quite bossy about it, and I can't accept this kind of behavior. I was not rude to her at all; she shouldn't talk to customers like that. If she doesn't want to work there, she should stay home. Her attitude came across as disrespectful, and it felt racially charged. I was on my day off, trying to enjoy my day, but this lady, whose name is Temisha, was trying to take out her anger on customers. The customer service was unacceptable.
