Extremely frustrating experience with this USPS location. I was directed to the Concord location regarding my package, only to find out that my package was actually at the Pleasant Hill location. This resulted in me wasting my time traveling to the wrong facility when the package should have been handled at this location in the first place. What makes this even more frustrating is that the pickup information I received was already incorrect, and instead of the issue being properly resolved, I was sent in the wrong direction. Customers should not have to spend additional time driving between USPS locations because of inaccurate information or poor communication between facilities. A simple package pickup should not turn into a situation where a customer has to visit multiple locations just to find out where their package actually is. USPS needs to improve the communication between these facilities and make sure customers are given accurate information before sending them elsewhere. Very disappointing and a complete waste of my time.

I sell items and ship using USPS, and I've been dealing with issues with packages getting lost or just never scanned. I've already lost over $50 worth of items from sales because of this and gotten absolutely zero help despite calling and filing claims. No real help, and I have received no compensation for their mistakes.

I just left the post office on Saturday, June 27, at 10:49 AM. The lady who works there was very rude to me because I had a lot of items to return. She sounded mean! If she doesn't like her job or doesn't understand customer service, she shouldn't work there. This was my first time returning items to Shein, and when I asked for help, she told me to pack my items myself, which is part of her job. She was quite bossy about it, and I can't accept this kind of behavior. I was not rude to her at all; she shouldn't talk to customers like that. If she doesn't want to work there, she should stay home. Her attitude came across as disrespectful, and it felt racially charged. I was on my day off, trying to enjoy my day, but this lady, whose name is Temisha, was trying to take out her anger on customers. The customer service was unacceptable.
