We came at 9 and were told they open 9:30- that’s fine we waited came in at 9:40 and the manager was super rude saying our appt is at 10, I said ok but we were told before 10 and also that they open at 9, she started yelling at me in front of my small kids that “their employees know their hours” when I calmly said ok but that was what I was told-she yelled more and said that she will not help us since we are arguing. Not sure if she was having a rough morning or what but she was incredibly rude and aggressive. We went elsewhere for our needs and will never come to this branch again

Quick, in and out and on my way. Id rather go here and deal with a tiny parking lot than deal with rude customer service like it was at the copy place on placerville drive
