This was not simply poor customer service—it was an alarming display of unprofessional conduct by a USPS employee entrusted with serving the public and handling customers’ property. I politely asked for the cost of sending my package by regular mail. The employee refused to provide a price. When I asked about Priority Mail, he again refused to answer and demanded that I turn off my camera. He then took my package into the back without quoting a price, obtaining my permission, or completing any transaction. I repeatedly demanded that he return my property. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he eventually threw the package toward me, stated that he did not care, and refused to provide further assistance. Part of this interaction is recorded on video. No USPS employee should behave as though they can take control of a customer’s property, refuse basic service, and treat that customer disrespectfully without consequences. USPS is a public institution, and its employees must be held to standards of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. I am requesting that management formally review the video, investigate this incident, preserve any available security footage, and take appropriate corrective action. Customers deserve to feel that their mail and property are safe—not that an employee can misuse their position and face no accountability.

Everything from a to z is always excellent even wen the poor employees have multiple issues from no air conditioning to blown out light fixtures and more all at the same time. They do the job sweaty and in the dark like champs with a smile ☺️

The last few times I’ve come here it’s always been really hot inside as their air conditioning hasn’t worked in months. And the last two times now, today included, they have not been able to print labels from QR codes. Which is inconvenient. I recommend going to the main office instead.

I almost never post reviews but this is ridiculous. I picked up my passport applications during the week and the gentlemen said walk ins are welcome Sat 930-1230. I arrive at 940 and the doors were still locked. Another family already there told me they open until 10, not a big deal. The staff here this morning were so rude, unhelpful, and lacked professionalism. The female employee would not answer my questions about their appointment policy, was dismissive and showed no urgency or consideration in helping any of us there. She had a problem with me standing in the waiting area even though I wasn't saying anything. When I asked another staff member he referred me to her and couldn't answer any of the questions I was asking him and kept saying "I don't know you have to ask her" as if she were the manager... this type of work ethic should be unacceptable. This office needs to have higher standards in hiring and retaining better quality employees who actually enjoy their work. If these are the faces of the Pittsburg Post office on Railroad, management needs to re-evaluate what they're wanting to offer our city because it isn't what's best for our Pittsburg residents.

Always had a good experience with the staff here. They are very helpful.
