- ECEdgar CarranzaMay 12, 20261.0Willette or what ever her name is useless had an appointment for a passport for my newborn and she did nothing but give us attitude and told us to hurry up and take the baby out the stroller. And literally tried once to get a picture that I paid for and they are mostly not going to accept the picture because my 3 week old wasn't “cooperating”. Do better Pittsburg usps

I don't even expect the workers to be amazing, people have bad days, but my god this old black woman I spoke with had such terrible, condescending behavior. And yet you guys let these people work here? When the employees act as if they are better than their clients? You guys have so many bad reviews/complaints, but don't change anything. She didn't even try to help me or understand me. I don't know her name but she had short curly hair and eye inflammation. Kept fighting and arguing even outside the door. Maybe that's what she's getting paid for because she certainly doesn't know what she's talking about or how to do her job. I wish they would hire people who at least didn't hate customers for coming to their establishment and asking questions. Horrific. I don't write reviews often, but this was egregious.

She refused to help us when other locations did for the same issue, refused to let us talk with anyone else in the building, cut us off during conversation, and remarked with constant attitude. This woman never listened to our question nor let us explain anything. All she did was explain the same solution over and over again as if she thought we were stupid, when she was the one getting the information wrong. Looks like she doesn't know how to do her job and would rather enjoy getting paid to sit around in her office without having to help anyone. Horrible service.
