In the past this store served me well. Lately they have been trying to sell me some stuff I don’t need or want. Be sure whatever you have to ship is good or they will sell you their box or bag. Discussting! I’m going to the one near the parkway from here foro

The notary at the store does not know what she’s talking about. Went to go get a letter notarized to take my granddaughter to go see her uncle in the state prison. The notary crossed out the paperwork and attached another form which was not acceptable. 6 Hour Drive both ways!Do not listen to her she does not know what she’s talking about. I’m going back on Monday to get my money back.

Staff very unprofessional and rude. No willing to work at all. I had an Amazon return inside the original box, and the guy comes and tell me I have to put it in ANOTHER box (that costs $20) to complete the return. Absolute nonsense. Very bad experience

I have visited this UPS location several times, and unfortunately, my experience with the staff has consistently been disappointing. Unlike other UPS Stores I have visited, where employees are friendly, helpful, and professional, the staff at this location often come across as rude and uninterested in assisting customers.
In particular, one male employee (whose name I do not know) has repeatedly displayed poor customer service. This is not based on a single incident—I have noticed the same behavior on multiple occasions. Whether you call the store or visit in person, it often feels like the staff are trying to avoid helping customers rather than providing support.
I am leaving this review after careful consideration and without any personal bias. I simply believe that management should address these customer service issues through better training, supervision, or staffing changes if necessary. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I hope UPS takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience at this location.
Some understand the value of professionalism in the workplace, and those who do not. People who know the difference between helpful hints and opinion/conjecture, and those who do not.
The notary I had the unfortunate privilege of working with seems to be fresh out of BOTH.
I felt badly for the person working with this negative entity, who greeted me kindly and was ready to help. The notary exclaimed loudly that she had just set up her work that needed to be done and began to complain about having to move those things to complete my notary request. After more complaints and a snarky comment to her coworker about when SHE would be getting her notary’s license and be able to assist, she was ready. She did not greet me or give any other cue about her readiness other than saying I need your ID. Once I got to her area, it only got worse. I won’t bore you with every tiny tidbit but rather focus on the highlights.
- became oddly fixated on the type of document I had. Immediately saying its format was the “bad” kind.
- Used this odd fixation to then pick apart the legality of a supporting document which was NOT part of the notarization process due to the fact that it was a copy of a COPY that had been filed, accepted, and RECORDED 24 yrs ago.
- Attempted to pick apart the form itself. Which at that point, my process with her was nearly complete, but seemed consumed with the need to question the legitimacy of my document.
Here’s the good news: this is NOT the only UPS store in the area, and some notaries are much more pleasant to deal with. I had the complete opposite experience just a few miles away at another location. It would behoove you to choose any place besides this one for your notary needs.
Instead of a witness to your signature, you could end up being a resilient bit player in an episode of PPL who hate their job and can’t wait to show you how much.
