Just drove there for no reason picking up a pre paid order i had a recipe and confirmation order number and they did gave me the order because I didn't had a ID with me I had in the pas pick up stuff they never had they asked for a id also other person since wee pick up order for our job

If all you need is office or school supplies then, sure, shop here. But if you need any sort of customer service such as getting things printed, having documents scanned to your email, or returning items via Happy Returns, I would recommend going elsewhere. I have had issues with all three services mentioned above. The latest issue arose today, when I needed to submit a Happy Return and the QR code would not display on my phone. However, the 8-digit alphanumeric express code (provided as a just-in-case measure if the QR code doesn’t work) was clearly visible. Despite the instructions I received from the vendor that said “scan the QR code or input the express code,” the young lady behind the counter insisted she absolutely needed the QR code and could not input the alphanumeric code. She walked away while I stood there on my phone, navigating the vendor’s website to find an alternative way to display the QR code. When I finally found a working QR code, I watched as the employee navigated the Happy Returns interface, to the field which clearly read, “scan QR code or input express code.” I watched her to see if any of this sunk in. Nope. I won’t go into detail on my other experiences at this Staples, but suffice to say the employees here are either too checked out to care, or too ignorant to use their own tools.
