- MAmiss aAug 19, 20261.0I walked in at 10am today to ship a box and the assistant manager "Madana" still did not have her cash register ready as i was paying in cash--- like come on!! You guys opened at 9am!! She told me it would take her 10 minutes to open her register to accept cash. I did not want to put this shipment on a card but i had to because i had to get back to work. Totally unacceptable service. Get it together! Her attitude sucked too - not a nice person at all. A very poor choice for an assistant manager. Go to Abby - much better customer service and always gets it right!

- MCMuhammet CeceliJul 3, 20261.0They cannot refund and own up their mistake. FedEx lives in 1985. They are not only unhelpful but also ignorant with their logic. This location is also charging for complimentary package, how difficult it is to send one package from address to another.
