Seems as most people have a 9-5 or similar mine being 8-5 mon-friday with matching lunch hour, so for them only being open 2 hours on Saturday is just so limiting to be able to get services for the majority of the working class due matching the avg work schedule. Please have longer hours on Saturdays.

While the staff is lovey, the hours of operation are horrible for a community that is largely a commuting community … add to the fact that the hours on the website are incorrect meaning what small window you have to get your packages from the post office is even shorter and you have to stand around waiting for them to actually open because they are not open even though the website states they are... it’s just a horrible customer service situation. I received a forwarded email from a relative that a surprise present she sent us has been here two weeks and now it will be returned. I have been given several packages over the past two weeks but not this one. It’s always a yellow card, meaning I have to go in, instead of it being put into a box. So incredibly more difficult than it needs to be! Now I am waiting outside, fuming, because they aren’t really open and there is a good chance a package we were never told about is going to be returned through no fault of mine.
