  Just like Will Piona my delivery driver will not for whatever reason deliver our packages to our porch.. Even not even to our gate.. We literally live 25 yards from the mailboxes with no driveway. He literally can park and throw them in my yard but too lazy to do so. Like Will I have to take time off work to get our packages that we pay for to be delivered. They also leave our mailbox wide open for everyone to see what's inside. Wouldn't let a friend pick them up for us so at least they follow some rules.. Took 45 mins to get someone on the phone. Not open on weekends like when is anyone supposed to get their mail and or get ahold of the two people working in the office? Soft taco mild sauce weak post office.. Never had mail service this horribly lazy 25 yards... 🤷‍♂️ Can't do that, get a different job

  UPDATE: another poor experience with package delivery. Second time this has happened - the mail carrier/delivery person STUFFED a package box in our mailbox, not the parcel locker, our mail box, that is the same size as our mail box and therefore I can’t even remove the package from our mailbox - it’s too big to remove! I can open our mailbox but can’t remove anything from it. I can’t even get in touch with the post office staff on the phone to ask them to remove it for us. Seriously, look at the photo, we can’t remove the package. This review is really more for the delivery person than the post office. The staff in the office is nice enough. However, every time my wife or I have a package that is handled by usps, they won’t deliver the package unless it fits in the mail box. Our only choice is to go pick it up from the office, which is only open from 8-4 Monday-Friday meaning we have to take time off our jobs and go out of our way to get a package that we PAY to be delivered to our house. Our house is just a couple hundred yards from our mailbox. Never have I ever had such a pathetic post office experience where the delivery person won’t just drive up the driveway and put the package on the doorstep/porch. This has been the case as long as we’ve lived here, almost 5 years. Without fail, every time the delivery person leaves a “sorry we missed you” note that says they “attempted to deliver” which is fraudulent because they don’t actually attempt. I’ve literally been at the mail box when the delivery person was putting the “failed delivery attempt” notice in my mailbox, and they clearly didn’t attempt anything. I can’t begin to estimate how much time my wife and I have lost on projects as a direct result of this. Again, the post office is fine, it’s the person working for then who delivers the mail/packages that this review is for.

  Very nice and helpful staff. After putting in a forward request, we were going to drive out there to pick up what was in the box. (website said it could take a couple of weeks). Before going out there, i decided to call and found out that they got the forward request and they did not have any mail there for us. Saved us a trip to Pilot Hill and back
