This isn’t the first time she is unkind so this is why I’m taking my time to write this review .

I made an online appointment to get a passport picture as it's less expensive at the post office and to also give the business to them as it's a government office and lord knows they need our business. So I do blame our government for not allowing our local USPS offices to have the services they say they offer online. So I made an appointment at this particular location, for a passport picture only. I made it a week ago and I get a call the day of, mind you a couple hours from my 2 pm appointment that their printing machines for passport pictures has been down for like 2 months or so!!! This is bothersome bc I'm a full-time caretaker i had to ask well in advance to get time off to be able to get this done! Disappointed that they haven't been able to get through to their own headquarters to make sure they either get their machine fixed or take it off the online website so others aren't making appointments at post office locations where their services are limited! Very disappointed but then again it's dump truck administration and he wants to do away with our USPS and privatize it all so his buddies can make more mula. Anywho, end of my rant and folks don't book passport photo services here!
