- KJKristin JuarezApr 15, 20262.0Honest resident review. The new male employee with dark hair and eye glasses and the new younger female with glasses and light complexion are very nice and helpful. The older females especially the female that has long dark hair with grey and also wears glasses and has a medium complexion is the rudest person I have ever met. This employee talks to me rude every time I have to deal with her. I have also witnessed her treat other customers very rude. I have been present when customers call this employee out for her bad customer service. After 6 years of living here in Phelan I have avoided her and waited for other employees so that I do not have to be subject to her being rude and disrespectful. Today I was open to going to her window hoping she has changed the way she treats the customers and still after 6 years she still has a very bad attitude and is the same rude disrespectful person. I will continue to avoid her if it means waiting longer for another employee. Management please see our reviews and offer more customer service training for your employees. We pay for our services and should not be subject to this customer service.

I have losts several hundred dollars of my fixed income and cant afford to send my package I need for my medical condition back... so might die now... thanks
