- JVJoana VillasenorAug 10, 20261.0I visited the Phelan Post Office, and while I understand that this branch gets incredibly busy and hectic especially being in a small town the attitude of an employee named Jody was unacceptable. She was visibly frustrated with customers, completely impatient, and did not smile or offer a welcoming attitude.It felt like she simply did not want to be there. Working at the US Post Office means understanding that crowds and busy hours are part of the job. Employees in customer-facing roles should possess the patience and experience required to handle these rushes professionally. A busy environment does not excuse taking out frustration on community members. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure better service in the future.

She seemed to assume that I was Indian simply because my daughter was watching an Indian video on her phone, and she treated me disrespectfully based on that assumption. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and I hope that everyone can feel respected and safe regardless of their background or nationality.
