Called throughout day for clarification no one picked up. I had to go in to seek clarification, clerks were less than helpful. I called up rohnert park and they were very informative. Definitely worth skipping this location!

It can be busy there, but I think it's because there's lots of available parking, and it's still close to downtown. Also, one can get passports there,which is very convenient.
