- MGMarcos GaxiolaMar 12, 20261.0I am not sure where the Petaluma Distribution center is but it has been consistent at delivering my packages to the wrong address. I have filed a claim for a wrong address delivery and all they were able to say after 6 days is that they delivered it to the correct address. The picture from their delivery notice does not match my front door. I walked around the neighborhood looking for this door and people began to think I was suspicious. I do not recommend UPS for deliveries. Their customer service support is in need of improvement. The driver I spoke to also agrees that the Petaluma distribution center is a mess.

I was helped by someone named Kayla, who needed my help to input an international address and asked me what “expedited” means. It took her over 30 minutes to set up and print a domestic shipping label, and she was unable to help me ship my other package to the UK. Her co-worker, who seemed competent, just watched Kayla struggle and didn’t offer to help. I quit and had to go over to FedEx to ship the international package. Horrible experience.
