- BTBrian ThompsonAug 30, 20241.0They were supposed to forward my mail. Never happened and most of my mail was returned to sender. They said they did everything correctly. If so, after 4 months why have I only received 3 pieces of forwarded mail. I was waiting on checks and now have to learn they were returned to sender. Have called numerous times and each time I get a different story. P Nice people but not good at their job. Update: They never forwarded any of my mail until I called 2 months after I moved. The mail I was waiting for was returned to sender. I don't know why. We dropped off out forwarding mail packet April 25th.
