For the past 2 weeks they have lost every single one of our mail pieces then lie about it. Don’t get your mail here they are lazy and unprofessional. The guy at the front desk guy just stared at me when I was asking about it you’d think they at least look for it. It was first class mail so he obviously didn’t wanna say they lost it. And I can’t track it which I understand but he basically just wanted me to leave n didn’t want to deal with it reading the reviews I’m not surprised. My trust for the US postal is gone no one working there cares for your mail.

I’ve never left a bad review before but this place has caused me so much trouble, I’m going to try to keep it as short as possible. A package that left the San Diego distribution center on their way to Pauma mysteriously vanished, it was a huge moving box, it could have not gotten “lost”, when I spoke with them literally not a single person in that office was even attempting to help me, I started a investigation via usps website and instead of investigating they just closed it, I tried again and they simply closed it again. Sadly it was their responsibility to investigate it, because they’re the receiving mail office and last time it was scanned it was on its way to them, but they chose not to. This box was from my father containing items of sentimental value, and items with a value of about $1000 altogether, but not one person in that office cared to even try to find out where it could be. I still have no idea what happened to it. And then I wanted to pick up another package, which was an ebay order, when I got to the mail office they told me I didn’t pick it up in time, so they sent it back to the seller, I never received a slip in my mailbox though either, to make things worse, on the tracking it says that the package has been delivered to P.O, box at USPS Pauma valley. I don’t even have a P.O. Box. Now the seller won’t refund me my money, I’m left without the item and without my money. I rarely leave a comment, but this place has caused me so much trouble, and I was always surprised why they have some sort of drama going on with customers almost every time I go in there, now I know why, because I’ve become a victim of their unprofessional and poor work ethic too. Also it’s impossible to call them via phone, I’ve called countless times and they just don’t answer.

It would be nice for them to get a bigger building, sometimes they have to store packages locked up OUTSIDE. Time to expand ? The valley is growing.
