Went to drop off some parcels from my Ebay store and was 4th person inline. I'm very aware that alot of internet sellers drop their sold items for shipping here so sometimes a customer could have several packages. I get it. We all want confirmation and receipts to show our customers tracking info. The girl working the front was typing each package on her keyboard with her 2 index fingers. It's obvious she has no typing skills so being fourth in line was torture. The line grew bigger. Frustration was showing on faces. After 30minutes being fourth then third...i walked out. Drove to Eagle Rock usps and I was in and out. Put employess in the front desk with a great smile, attitude and experience in typing to save time and make dropping of packages quick. If we have pre printed shipping labels can we scan without using the front desk?

DO NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION IF DROPPING OFF PACKAGES WITHOUT HAVING IT SCANNED AND RECEIPT PRINTED!!! I went to this post office after getting off from work to drop off an padded bubble mailer that contained 4 oz of rare Pamp Suisse Pure Silver Bullion art bars valued over $1,000.00. When I got to the post office that day it was super busy with a very long line. Since my package already had a shipping label I thought it would be safe enough to drop off my package into their basket at the front counter. A week and a half go by and I get an email from ebay stating that the buyer had never recieved my package and that tracking stated that the package I had dropped off that day was never shipped which means an employee of that particular post office had stolen my package and never even bothered to scan it into the system. This also tells me that this individual who works at this post office has stolen packages in the past knowing that anything small that is unusually heavy inside amd envelope or bubble mailer must contain precious metal coins or bullion. I filed a formal complaint with the postmaster inspector and it has been already 3 months and I have yet to recieve a call or an email regarding my missing package. I even left details on the day, time, and location where I had dropped off the package and that there are numerous cameras behind the front clerks counter area pointing directly at the counter and that whoever grabbed that basket of packages during that time was the person most likely to have stolen my package. To this day I haven't gotten any word from the US Postal Service.

Walking into this place feels like entering a live-action social experiment where patience goes to die. Line? Not a line but a full-blown pilgrimage. You start inside, then get promoted to the outdoor expansion pack because apparently square footage is optional here. By the time you reach the front, you’ve aged emotionally. Staffing situation: one employee holding down the entire operation like it’s a one-woman Broadway show except the performance is titled “Please Wait… Forever.” Every window moves at the speed of dial-up internet in 1998. You could mail a letter and receive it back before your turn gets called. Will call? That’s not will call. That’s won’t call. Packages go in, but retrieving them feels like trying to access a hidden level in a game with no instructions. And let’s talk about the atmosphere. A fascinating mix of confused customers, restless energy, and a few random characters just lingering like NPCs with unfinished quests. Highlight of the visit: being told nothing, slowly. If you’re planning to come here, bring: - Snacks - Water - A folding chair - Possibly a will and testament On the bright side, if you survive the experience, your patience stat will be maxed out for life.

For the third time in six months, we have lost a highly valuable package—an expensive gift intended for family. It vanished without ever being scanned or seen again, leading me to suspect that there may be a thief or a group of dishonest employees operating within the post office. ( pOST oFFiCE wORKERS ) I believe they might be using mini endoscope cameras to inspect the contents of packages and steal valuable items. This is truly shameful. ( $800 gONE) As a result, I have learned a crucial lesson: it is best to avoid this post office, especially when certain employees are involved.
