Went in today and no one was in line and no one was behind the counter. I saw a bell that said to ring for service. I was not in a hurry and fine to wait but I thought I should do as the bell says and at least let someone know I was there. Not long after hitting the bell a very sour, grumpy, miserable woman with the rudest look on her face, directed at me, came out. She was giving death stare. I was so turned off at this point. No hello, no how can I help you, just the death stare. Lady, this is your job! You're here to service customers not be gone somewhere that I have to ring a bell to get you to your job. That's not my fault. You can complain to your boss that you hate the bell and everyone who hits it. Don't direct your misery at me. I have no idea how you got this job but you don't deserve it. I needed an envelope and they didn't have any. So she said. She seemed very happy she wasn't able to help me. Honestly, by this point her awful attitude had poisoned the room. I was glad I didn't have to spend another second with her. I left. Later I went to Sierra Madre PO before going home. I walked in and people were smiling, having lovely conversations with customers they knew. It was such a different vibe than Morticia's gloomy place. It was a friendly atmosphere where people enjoy helping and being kind. I was fortunate to be helped by the sweetest woman - who clearly loved her job and gave it 100%. She also told me they were out of the envelopes I needed. But guess what? She double checked to make sure. Yup, they were out. She then volunteered to go to the vault and find some. It took some time because they have to be accountable for everything removed from the vault and have another worker sign off. But honestly I didn't mind. She was so kind and helpful. I was just grateful for her HELP. That's what they're supposed to do is HELP. Do you understand older lady with the dark hair and miserable scowl? THIS is how it's done. You need to change your attitude or find a job where you don't deal with any people. You're horrible at it.

Understaffed. Can you imagine there is only one staff member on tax day afternoon when there are at least 12 people waiting in the line?

One of the female employee here is discriminatory. She showed an extremely poor attitude and a hostile facial expression specifically when assisting Asian customers. I felt targeted and uncomfortable due to my background.
