- JLjeff lien4 days ago1.0NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. NEVER. They stole and lied about delivering my package. Upon my claim investigation, UPS customer support confirmed contents were opened, removed, and damaged. The only way for that to happen would be for this location to be complicit. On top of that, the horrible customer service from what i assume are the two family members working there (the only employees) will just make you fume even more. Rude, terrible service. Now add shady lying and criminal behavior. I don’t understand how UPS as a company allows this store to stay open.
