  I had an item shipped here because I did not want it sitting on my door step all day. For some reason, I don't quite understand UPS charges extra to ship something to one of their stores. I any case, I received notice that the item had arrived at the store after "pending" for several days. From the reviews I'd seen for this store, I wished I had sent it to the one in Arcadia instead. When I went in the store both people working seemed annoyed. The man said to tell him the tracking number and then said just because you received notice it is here it may not be. After he rumageded around in the back he brought out my item. I mean it was there, I have it, but the staff did not come across as helpful or friendly.

  Please trust all the negative reviews - they’re all true. I’ve never experienced a worst experience in a UPS store. They are rude, unprofessional, and horrible to be around. I wish I could give 0 stars. The owners should have better customer service or hire someone who does. Owning a business does not give you a right to treat people poorly.

  Terrible customer service. I came in today to drop off a package and was completely ignored by the two staff members, who were busy shouting at each other behind the counter in Chinese. The woman scanned my item and handed me a receipt without making eye contact or saying a single word, then went right back to arguing. Unprofessional, hostile environment, and easily the worst experience I've had. TRASH!

  Really didn't want to go here today but I was in the same shopping center. I always dread the service here and I have been going to another UPS store. Well, it was the same. The old grumpy woman told me to stand in line (there was no one else in the store while she was on her phone)She never looked up. Don't know why this store is open at all as both she and the other guy seem to hate their job. I never see anyone in there and I think people would rather drive further away than get treated like that.

  Against my better judgement ( horrible customer service in the past) I used this location today. I walked in and there were no customers. A female employee behind the counter looking down. I stood there and waited for a greeting ( never happend). I finally asked if she could help me. She said not being and raised the scanner. I presented the QR code and then the item. A receipt was printed nd thrown in the counter. I will never go to the store again. I have another close by in Washington Blvd. They have great customer service.
