  Be careful when returning an Amazon package to this store. Today, I returned a purchased item in the original box. However, the lady associate said that in order to return the item, the Amazon package needed to be in a shipping box. Amazon doesn't tell us that the item needed to be in a shipping box. Too tired to argue, I just paid $25 dollars because I had a rough day and didn't want to cause a scene. For fellow Pasadena residents, please don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this franchisee store and bring your business elsewhere.

  WARNING: DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!! This is a FRANCHISE. It is however ideal to drop off packages with ALREADY PAID postage which you can do for yourself online. For example: a 22lb package for Ground Shipping was assessed at $300+. I printed a label online for the same package for $33! The dude said that they also round up volumetric weight for a further straight shafting.
