  I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent visit to your store. I came in to complete a return, and while the employee assisting me—a woman with long blonde hair and long nails—was attempting to scan my return label, she dropped the scanning device onto my phone. At first, she did not apologize or acknowledge what had happened. When I looked at my phone afterward, I noticed that the screen had been cracked as a result of the scanner hitting it. Only then did she say, "Oh, I'm sorry. It just slipped out of my hand." In addition to damaging my phone, I found her attitude throughout the interaction to be very rude and unprofessional. Her apology did not feel sincere, and she showed very little concern for the damage that had been caused. Rather than making an effort to address the situation, her response made me feel dismissed as a customer. While I understand that accidents can happen, I was disappointed by both the damage to my phone and the poor customer service I received. I would appreciate having this matter reviewed and would like to know what steps can be taken regarding the damage to my phone and the conduct of the employee involved.

  I came in the store on Lake Ave to drop off a package, but two female employees were busy cahtting with each other, so I waited for a moment, expecting they would stop and assist me, but they ignored me and kept talking. So, I said I was waiting and asked why they kept talking, but I was told I was rude by the staff member with black hair and glasses. Customers are not there to hear employees’ personal conversations wasting their precious time!

  My local UPS store has a very friendly helpful staff that deliver a quick and efficient service. Hardly any lines or waiting. They're the best for all my shipping needs and returns.

  I love my UPS store every person that works.There provides excellent customer service.I have nothing but good things to say about them and will recommend everybody anybody that wants a recommendation to this store
