  I had the worst experience i ever deal in my life with 2 of your employees they dinnied on giving me my package to my access point your store.. just becuase they say i owe 12 dollrs for the faxes 3 months ago i didnt pay when i was told to come back in 15 mins becuase the fax machine wasnt working but being a single father runing errans i totally forgot so today they were so rude to me and the worst thing they humiliated me in front of customers denying to give me my package witch sender had paid 2 day delivery...i believe ups owes me and apology for this humiliation they made me a loyal customer go through never again coming back to the store and end of the day they ended sending my package back when i told them i was coming to later to pick it up ...

  I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating with my return. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the male employee’s tone and attitude were noticeably less welcoming. Customer service makes a difference, and I really appreciated the kindness I received during my first visit.

  **Horrible Experience at the UPS Store in Panorama City** I had an extremely frustrating experience at the UPS Store in Panorama City. We went to this location specifically because it was open until 8:00 p.m. Our usual UPS Store in Mission Hills closes at 6:00 p.m., and we had several larger boxes that needed to be shipped that evening. We had already done all of our own labels and had everything completely prepared. We regularly ship packages like these through the Mission Hills location and, when necessary, through the main UPS hub, and we have never had an issue getting them accepted. When we arrived at the Panorama City location around 7:00 p.m., the employee behind the counter refused to accept our boxes. We were told that the UPS driver would not take them because they were too large and weighed too much. The problem is that this explanation simply did not match our experience with UPS. The exact same types of boxes are routinely accepted at the Mission Hills location. We have also taken larger and heavier packages directly to UPS facilities without this being an issue. What made the experience even more frustrating was the employee's overall attitude and lack of customer service. Instead of trying to help us find a solution, he simply refused the packages and essentially left us to figure out what to do with them after we had specifically come to this location because of its later closing time. If this location has different policies or limitations regarding package size and weight, those restrictions should be clearly communicated to customers. More importantly, employees should make an effort to provide helpful alternatives rather than simply turning customers away. We went there expecting basic customer service and a straightforward shipment drop-off. Instead, we wasted our time and left extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this particular UPS Store location.
