Either the manager blaming the employee, (I feel sorry to see the employee with high blood pressure being instructed by the experienced manager who had wierd personality), or the employee giving bad faces to customers. Today I walked in 15-18 mins before store closing. A long line in front of me. Only one customer service. By the time it was my turn, I was the last customer, multiple people walked out, they shut down and asked me to come back tomorrow. Suggesting you find other location if you. Bad bad bad ….. Cambridge Station. It has bad culture from the root.
