We ship frequently for our business, and this post office consistently provides the best customer service. The staff patiently shares their expertise, from helping us navigate customs forms to answering all our shipping questions. We appreciate their kindness, patience, and sense of humor. We’ve also watched them treat even the crustiest customers with remarkable courtesy and respect, which they deserve an award for. People can be ridiculously rude and impatient.
A special shout out to Keshana, Priscilla, and Samir for always making our experience there such a positive one.

Inconsistent local rules against USPS policies.
While on the USPS website it says shipping a suitcase is accepted (that’s why I’d drag it over), the guy at the counter and the manager outright refused it until I showed them what’s on the website. They knew it’s on the website because they didn’t even read it and started finding excuses to not accept it. First the guy at the counter asked me to take out everything and put them into boxes they sell, then the manager said it’s too heavy it could hurt their employees, then the manager asked me to put the whole suitcase into a cardboard box because I’ll file a claim when the suitcase is damaged. I told him the website clearly says the damage to the suitcase wound not be on USPS. Eventually they let me ship it and the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful, but had I not shown them their own website they would’ve just rejected it against USPS policy. I had worked with another lady at the counter another time and she was super nice and patient too. The manager just seems to have his own local rules that’s inconsistent with USPS, and tries to make things difficult so he doesn’t need to take the responsibilities.

Priscilla was mean spirited and had zero patience with me today (a young mom in her 8 month of pregnancy with her second child). She was very unkind, cold, and even threatened to call the tow truck on me even when there was nothing indicating I couldn’t park in this particular stall. If you expect people to follow parking signs there needs to actually be a sign there to indicate what that spot is for. I was very disappointed with her job performance. I expect better from USPS. She raised her voice at me and gave me instructions to get back in line even when I had already waited in line. 0/10 would not recommend her at all!!

I had a great experience at the USPS location thanks to Naina. I arrived close to closing time with an important piece of mail that needed to go out the same day, and she went out of her way to help me get everything processed quickly and correctly.
Despite it being the end of the day, she was patient, professional, and very kind. She made sure my mail was sent without any issues, which I truly appreciated given the urgency.
Thank you, Naina, for your excellent service and for going the extra mile—it really made a difference!
