  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I just experienced one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had at a UPS Store. The employee, Gunvant, an Indian older man wearing glasses, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help me send my package. Instead of explaining the process clearly or offering basic assistance, he refused to help unless I paid additional money for the service. His attitude was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I felt that I was not being treated fairly or consistently, and the entire interaction left me seriously concerned that I may have been treated differently because of my background. I cannot prove what his personal motive was, but the way he handled the situation made me feel singled out and unwelcome. No customer should leave a UPS location feeling humiliated, pressured for extra money, or treated as though they are not worthy of basic assistance. Is this really the standard of customer service UPS accepts? UPS management should immediately review this incident, investigate Gunvant’s conduct, and determine whether all customers are being treated equally and respectfully. This was not a minor misunderstanding. It was a serious failure of customer service. I will not return to this location, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it.

  They refused to take a box because it wasn't taped. Every other UPS store I've went to just typed the box without issue. The curt responses certainly didn't help my impression

  AVOID AT ALL COST! Staff very rude, throwing attitudes, not helpful at all, would never come again

  I use the printing service at this UPS store to print posters. The staff here is always helpful, especially Jay!
