  Dear FedEx Customer Relations, I am writing to formally report an unsatisfactory customer service experience that occurred on Monday, August 3, 2026, at approximately 5:55 p.m. As a business customer who regularly utilizes FedEx services for commercial shipments, I interacted with the front-desk employee at The individual displayed a rude demeanor and an unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction. This level of service falls well below the standard expected from FedEx, particularly when dealing with business accounts.   the white lady “manager” was so rude. i needed help printing out some photos to an email and she looked at me as if i was already supposed to somehow know how to use their machines. she was very aggressive, rude, hostile, i can go on and on. she even yelled at us and when we asked her to not yell at us, she kicked us out. so shes allowed to treat the customers poorly cus shes “a manager”? that abuse of power right there. she needs to be fired she cannot manage anything. the black lady employee was so nice though helped us through a lot but that blonde excuse of a “manager” was extremely rude.
