- SSSybil SmitAug 12, 20264.0I use the PO box service and sometimes access shipping services at the counter. A note on posted business hours: ARRIVE EARLY! The barrier that closes the counter area will be closed promptly at the end of counter hours, sometimes a few minutes early. Pleading for leniency is futile. Also, I have more than once arrived at 6:55, key in hand, planning to empty my PO box, only to find the doors locked and lights off, despite the posted hours indicating the self-serve area is open until 7:00 p.m. While the personnel is friendly and helpful, and service is generally good, lines at the counter can grow long as the service is sometimes slow. It is not uncommon for there to be only one employee at the counter, even during busy times. I have also seen customers at the pick-up door ringing the bell repeatedly to no avail. My impression is that the staff does the best it can, but the location is understaffed.
- MDMaria DemareJul 31, 20261.0THE worst post office ever (I've lives across America and internationally). Has the most unprofessional, misogynistic postmaster. Our delivery person from this branch frequently misplaces/damages/wrongly delivers mail, is ALWAYS on her phone, has left harassing messages to recipients, and refuses mail delivery to homes when it's hot out. The postmaster refuses to do anything. When we drop off packages here they have been lost in the mail and they told us they dont need to scan them here because they get scanned in San Bernardino. Laziest staff ever (not all of the carriers fit into this, as some are quite hard working. We just got the absolute worst carrier known to man)
