They all melted and soaked into the box because it was on its side. On top of that, when I called I had to keep telling the machine I wanted a representative, it eventually hung up on me. I called back, asked again, it hung up on me. Third time, after 2 minutes it finally out me through. The guy said, that the company I purchased through would have to file a claim in order for me to get my money back. Fortunately, Scentsy is much better to its people and knows how to take care of them.
