I have the email with the detailed order of four up on an 8 and 1/2 by 11 and that I would cut or trim them- all written in great detail I confirmed the details of the order with Fernando, I confirmed they would be ready in the afternoon on Friday with Cameron. When I went to pick them up later that day because they said they were ready- someone named Josh said my order came to $163 with "cuts"??? There were no cuts on the order, I have the email confirming that. He and someone named Anna were very rude to my husband, so we walked away. I had them printed elsewhere within an hour and distributed at our event. I planned to use this location again, but not after my experience with Josh.

If you are going to put someone who gives a minimum service to people, make sure they do it well.
