  Waited to make this review until I spoke with someone to see if I could possibly get the issue resolved. However, since it’s been over two weeks with no resolution, I’m here to say do not EVER bring your amazon return packages here unless you want one of the associates to steal your return, fake scan your barcode, and never put your item in the return box. I went in to return an Amazon product that was unused to this Staples, I’ve done one return at Whole Foods in the past and worked for a separate company that also accepted Amazon returns so I’m very familiar with how the process works. I showed the male associate my barcode initiating my return and he proceeded to “scan” the code and told me I was all set. No confirmation code, no confirmation slip, nothing. When I asked the employee if there was anything else I needed to do or if there was any documentation I was supposed to receive, he told me there was not and that I was free to go. When I called the store to inform them that Amazon is saying my package was never received by Staples, the manager told me there was nothing else they could do to prove the item was placed in the correct box after it was given to the employee. Essentially in the end I was out $32 dollars and didn’t even get to keep the product because of the lazy, dishonest, lying employees working in the Amazon returns area. I can assure you I’ll never shop or do business with Staples again and I’ll be sure to let people in the community know that this particular Staples is known for letting its employees falsely return items and keep the product.

  I was there shopping. A customer getting tech help let her unleased dog run around the store. When the dog began sniffing the food on the lower shelves I told her it was unsanitary. She pick up the dog and put it in her bag. Gross. I snapped a pic of the customer, Staples tech and dog.

  Don’t shop here the manager Benny the employee Michael also Joe are not professional they have messed up on my business cards many many times all year. Michael has been so rude to me even thinking I called him out of his name. They all have tired to have excuses of the design team or other third party companies that either they were backed up, that they had to charge me, that they made a changes on my business cards without my consent when I sent them my logos and business card exactly how I want it. Benny had let me have decal stickers and business cards and Michael has been trying to charge me and always make up something. Not one day I had got attended rite professionally. Apparently Benny today talked to me so rude he didn’t hear me out which is on camera around 4:30pm saying other employees were saying I was demanding to all his employees when they were trying to force me to pay after Benny let me have the decal stickers and business card. They are un professional so many customers every time im in there always have an issue with this staples location. I recommend going to the Palm Desert location. They think they can treat anybody rude and make changes in their orders. Also not taking action either from their employees like Michael who has treated me very poorly and rude. I lost 6 months of my time always calling and showing up in person many times. When all it was, was a simple message to Benny and order what he promised. Benny didn’t want to give me one of the refunds. I still got cheated out for business cards today and printed out my old ones as if this was done on purpose. Now I have to go to another location which I talked to a district manager in Palm Desert which she will help me.

  Had about $100 in party supplies I was looking to buy and just needed three strings of ribbon. Asked the cashier if I could get some ribbon cut for my balloons and he denied the ribbon. Costed his store over $100 because he was too stingy with the ribbon lol. Get some better employees.
